Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role involves conducting market research, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospective clients
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.

Qualifications:
