Key Responsibilities:
Case Management:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial procedures.
- Develop and implement case strategies, ensuring thorough preparation and execution.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
Court Representation:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Advocate effectively on behalf of clients, presenting evidence, examining witnesses, and making legal arguments.
Client Consultation:
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes of their cases.
- Provide clear, strategic counsel to clients, keeping them informed of case developments and strategies.
Legal Research and Analysis:
- Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and other legal authorities to build compelling arguments.
Negotiation and Settlement:
- Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions on behalf of clients, seeking favorable outcomes.
- Evaluate settlement offers and advise clients on the best course of action.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Michigan, in good standing.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in personal injury.
- Demonstrated success in managing and litigating complex cases through trial.
Skills:
