- Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle rentals in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process rental agreements and handle transactions efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of our fleet and promote available vehicles.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customer pick-up.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Previous experience in customer service or rental car industry is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
