Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
We are seeking an eager person for our Service Department at Sam Galloway Ford-Lincoln. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and can demonstrate service results come join our team.

Sam Galloway Ford Lincoln is a fourth generation family owned dealership that has been doing business in Lee County since 1927. We support several different charitable organizations throughout Southwest Florida. Among them are the American Cancer Society, the preservation of the Edison-Ford Winter Estates and the Community Cooperative Ministries (The Soup Kitchen), to name a few.
Job Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, you will meet and greet customers promptly, obtain the customer and vehicle information, and obtain all of the customers concerns and vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
Additional responsibilities include :
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicleReview Multi-Point Inspection and accurately translate the technicians recommendationsPrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and laborMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the dayUpdate the customers on the status of their vehicles on a daily basisVerifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orderPerform active delivery, explain the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customerEstablish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clienteleJob Requirements
Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer SatisfactionThe individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountabilityThe individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalismThe ability to work in a fast paced environmentSelf-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environmentTeam PlayerExcellent communication skillsReynolds and Reynolds experience is a plusConsistent and stable work historyValid in-state driver's licenseHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredPre-employment background check, and drug-screen required prior to being hiredProfessional appearance and work ethicPrior Hospitality experience is a plusBenefits
