Part Time Receptionist

The Leman Automotive Group is one of the largest volume automotive groups in Central Illinois. We have been family owned since 1963 with 10 dealerships across Central Illinois. We are a premier family owned automotive group. We employ almost 600 talented individuals and just celebrated 60 years in business! 

Currently our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Peoria Illinois is looking for a part time front desk receptionist.

Duties

 As a front desk receptionist, You will be handling incoming calls, directing clients as needed, and assisting any customers that may come into the dealership. You will assist our management team in daily duties as well as our accounting office with general filling and other office duties. Some of these duties included filling, scanning, sending out mail, putting together deal jackets, making copies of customer paperwork and other general admin duties. Hours are set with the schedule of Mon Wed Thurs 4pm-7pm and Saturdays 7:30-5pm.

This position has the potential to move into our accounting office or business development center after a few years. We are looking for someone who wants to get their foot in the door, show up and join the auto family!
