The Real Estate team at Sam’s Club is all about strategically expanding and optimizing our portfolio of clubs at over 80 million square feet of retail space. Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, develop communicate business plans and priorities, identify performance standards, measure progress and adjust performance accordingly.
Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives. Consult with business partners, colleagues, or other key stakeholders for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Drive informed decision-making and ensure resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business.
Create communication strategy and content to educate sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership on program requirements.
Developing and implement a program management life cycle.
Drive program management process improvement by overseeing and/or conducting gap analyses, evaluating practicality of improvement opportunities,
Develop improved processes based on best practices and standards, ensure alignment of process improvement with department and company strategy.
Interpret and utilize information for one or more initiative work streams to develop solutions within business areas that reduce cost and meet business goals, prioritize assignments and partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement changes.
Evaluate program performance by comparing projections to actual results; identify and analyze key performance indicators and trend data, and conduct return-on-investment analyses;
Collaborate with teams across the company to leverage processes in order to increase service and product capabilities. Recommend adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables.
What you'll bring:
5 years of experience in project management, operations management, compliance, or related.
2 years of experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams
Experience managing a budget, P&L statement, or related financial processes
Experience developing and finessing business cases to drive profitability to Clubs
Ability to work from our home office in Bentonville, AR

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
