Strategic HR Recruiter specializing in the fast-paced casino industry. Proficient in sourcing, screening, and onboarding diverse talent. Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment for positions ranging from gaming to hospitality. Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure compliance with gaming regulations while fostering a positive candidate experience. Proactive in addressing staffing needs to support the dynamic casino environment.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various casino positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
- Source and attract top talent within the gaming and hospitality industry
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations in the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Foster positive candidate experiences to enhance employer branding
- Manage high-volume recruitment efficiently to meet staffing demands
- Stay current on industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
- Implement and optimize recruitment tools and technologies for enhanced efficiency
- One (1) year of human resources experience preferred.
- Knowledgeable of HR concepts, policies and procedures, with clear understanding of legal compliance requirements and employment laws.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
