We are a grace-driven nonprofit that serves the hurting and hungry of Northwest Arkansas with dignity and compassion. Over the 20 years, our organization has grown to include multiple feeding and health programs at locations in Rogers and Springdale.
Intake Job Details:
The Intake position assists donors in removing donated items from their cars in the donation drop-off area and bringing them inside the warehouse. They assist in sorting merchandise such as furniture, home goods, appliances, or apparel into the designated area to be processed. They will also go with the store driver to assist with donation pickups from donors’ homes and retail locations.
Proceeds from donated items sold at our Samaritan Shops, such as furniture, apparel, accessories, home goods, etc., fund our feeding and health programs that help those in need in NWA through our Samaritan Community Center locations in Rogers and Springdale.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift heavy household items up to 60lbs unassisted
- Flexible schedule
- Great Attitude - Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive and use a forklift
- Ability to use a cardboard bailer

Pay: From $12.60 per hour
