Pay Range $18.51 - $28.70
Position Summary:
The nursing division lead central scheduler provides general oversight of the nursing staff office under the leadership of the nurse manager. Provides information and support for Nursing Managers and Directors, and the central schedulers. Completes specific work projections as assigned. The lead central scheduler will perform the majority of payroll for the nursing division.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent education is required. Computer skills required. Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Physical Requirement/Working Conditions:
Office setting with little exposure to hazards. Majority of the time is spent sitting, using office equipment, such as a telephone or computer. Some periods of standing to operate photocopy machine, or walking to deliver memos, staffing sheets, etc. Light bending and stooping required. Hand eye coordination for operation of computer equipment. Concentration needed to assimilate information received from various sources. Ability to multitask and work under stress.

· Ability to multitask while remaining proficient
· Represents the Nursing Support Service Office for departmental meetings, provision of information and communication of organizational policies, protocols and procedural changes and dissemination of this information to the NSO staff.
· Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
· Provide guidance to staff and staffing office for EHO questions and requirements
· Provide staff with resource information and phone numbers for clinical and operational questions
