Pay Range
Days: $35.47 - $41.12
The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts
This position will serve as RN Manager overseeing Assisted Living clinical operations and responsibilities under the direction of the Assisted Living Administrator. Responsibilities include providing guidance and leadership to the staff comprised of LPNs and Home Health Aides; serving as a resource and educator for staff and residents; assisting LPNs with coordination of care and services for residents; collaborating with team on quality improvement initiatives and processes.
Requirement:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Preferred one year of experience in long term care or assisted/enriched living program.
- Coursework in nursing management preferred.
- NYS RN license required.
