Key Responsibilities
- Manage time and schedule in a way that assists in the department meeting service levels
- Assist new and existing customers with applications
- Educate prospects about terminology, features, and benefits of products in order to drive a prospect to a member and customer satisfaction
- Follow up on all prospects concerns, questions, and requests
- Meet membership growth targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with ministry strategies
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as new membership opportunities
- Strategize effective initiatives to reach new members and carry out the implementation of those initiatives from conception to completion
- Enter prospective member data into CRM for the purpose of servicing our prospective member base with excellence
- Follow up with prospective members to further assist in the decision-making process
- Consult through phone, chat, and email in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner with prospective members
Qualifications and Experience
- Two-year degree from an accredited university or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Staff are required to possess applicable knowledge to bring value to SMI in this role, know and utilize resources well, ask questions to ensure full understanding. gain and retain knowledge to keep up with changes and accept and engage with training to grow knowledge for current and future responsibilities.
