Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach efforts to generate new leads.
- Engage in territory sales activities, identifying market trends and customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Upsell products and services to existing clients, enhancing their experience with our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in software systems.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Roofing experience is required.
- Proven experience in inside sales or outside sales roles is required.
- Knowledge with technology is a plus
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using software applications related to sales tracking and reporting.
