The Opportunity:
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Sameday, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients realize the full value of our AI solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to home service businesses, helping them integrate and maximize the benefits of our technology. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement and support.
You will work closely with clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience. Your goal is to build lasting relationships that result in increased customer loyalty and long-term business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market clients, guiding them through onboarding, training, and adoption of our AI solutions.
- Understand each client’s business objectives and develop strategies to ensure they achieve measurable success with our platform.
- Proactively engage with customers to monitor their satisfaction, identify potential issues, and provide solutions before problems arise.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your client base.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their progress and identify areas for growth or improvement.
- Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on customer needs and ensure our offerings continue to meet evolving market demands.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress in HubSpot, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- Represent Sameday at industry events and trade shows, building relationships with clients and gathering insights into market trends.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, specifically in customer success, account management, or a similar position in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients at all levels.
- Ability to understand complex solutions and explain them in simple, actionable terms.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to anticipate client needs and act accordingly.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, for managing customer relationships and tracking engagement.

Compensation:
Salary ranging from $85k to $125k per year, based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
