- Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Paid Time Off within your 1st year (Up to two weeks).

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and administer all Human Resource policies.
- Develops and recommends revisions of company policies, procedures, and other organizational requirements.
- Communicate effectively; develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Provide advice and counsel to Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and Employees to ensure all organizational and department goals are met.
- Process weekly payroll and manage company 401k enrollments.
- Shape organizational structure by aligning people and capabilities with business requirements and conditions.
- Monitor and foster talent development; facilitate planning, conduct training, and measure effectiveness.
- Direct talent management: recruiting, applicant tracking, compensation analysis, and onboarding.
- Oversee workers’ compensation claims administration and return to work transitions in accordance with relevant laws and company policies/procedures.
- Strong knowledge of all state and federal employment and DOT laws/regulations.
