Directs functions related to clinical, talent, and organizational development for a multi-site health system which includes hospital, clinic, and health plan environments. Maximizes organizational impact by ensuring learning priorities align with mission and all business regulations. Leads a centralized department responsible for orientations, workforce development, clinical and professional competencies, leadership performance, e-learning, and student services. Serves as a key member of the system human resources and clinical services leadership teams. Serves as a liaison to community groups and educational organizations in matters related to professional nursing practice and healthcare workforce development.

- EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required.
- Seven (7) years experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Five (5) years experience in direct supervision and leadership responsibility for diverse teams and workgroups required.
- Experience or training in the following required :
- Current theories, concepts and principles of nursing, administration, education, and management.
- College level statistical skills and financial management.
- Healthcare accrediting agencies and regulatory standards.
