You'll be pivotal in developing and enhancing the company's compensation strategies, acting as an expert in job architecture, compensation analysis, job grade administration, and incentive plans. The role involves creating equitable and competitive compensation plans, keeping abreast of market trends, and aligning compensation with business strategies.

Key responsibilities include advising on compensation philosophy, developing job architecture frameworks, conducting job evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and analyzing compensation trends for internal equity and market competitiveness
