As a Partner Development Manager for AI / ML, you will play a crucial role in building and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations in the machine learning and artificial intelligence sectors.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise business, machine learning, and AI, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to work for an innovative company and to lead our strategic partners within the AI / ML partner ecosystem.In This Role You Will Get ToExecution-Driven Mindset : Proven ability to deliver results by aligning internal and partner stakeholders across all levels—from C-level executives to individual contributors (ICs)—in sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve partnership goals.Enterprise AI / ML Customer Focus : In-depth understanding of customer needs and priorities within enterprise AI / ML leadership.Relationship Management at Scale : Expertise in building and maintaining impactful relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.Enterprise Sales Mindset : Hands-on experience driving GTM initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.Technical AI / ML Understanding : Familiarity with LLMs, data science products, and technical product marketing. Comfortable facilitating discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and its partners.Partnership Experience is optional : Experience managing partnerships is welcomed but not mandatory.On Day One We Will Expect You To HaveBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven experience (5 years) in business development, partnership management, or a related role in the AI / ML industry.Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. It is every employee's duty to keep customer information secure and confidential.The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role : The estimated base salary range for this role is $173,000 - $246,700.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
