Snowflake is experiencing rapid growth, and we are expanding our Alliances team to support this scale. As a Partner Development Manager for AI / ML, you will play a crucial role in building and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations in the machine learning and artificial intelligence sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise business, machine learning, and AI, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to work for an innovative company and to lead our strategic partners within the AI / ML partner ecosystem.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO :
- Execution-Driven Mindset : Proven ability to deliver results by aligning internal and partner stakeholders across all levels-from C-level executives to individual contributors (ICs)-in sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve partnership goals.
- Enterprise AI / ML Customer Focus : In-depth understanding of customer needs and priorities within enterprise AI / ML leadership.
- Relationship Management at Scale : Expertise in building and maintaining impactful relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Enterprise Sales Mindset : Hands-on experience driving GTM initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Technical AI / ML Understanding : Familiarity with LLMs, data science products, and technical product marketing. Comfortable facilitating discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and its partners.
- Partnership Experience is optional : Experience managing partnerships is welcomed but not mandatory.
