Duties/Responsibilities
- As a key player in our team, you will facilitate the hiring process for qualified job applicants for open positions. Collaborating with departmental managers to manage schedules and start dates will be essential in building our workforce.
- Administers new hire orientation.
- Conduct background checks, drug testing, and employee eligibility verifications.
- Your meticulous review, tracking, and documentation of mandatory training will be instrumental in ensuring our workforce is up-to-date and competent.
- Performs routine administrative tasks for human resource programs, including but not limited to benefits, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, culture, and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Your role will also involve attending employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. This aspect of the role underscores the seriousness and responsibility of the position.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Contribute to the realization of our corporation's cultural aspirations.

- Bilingual in Spanish

- High School Diploma or GED
- At least two years of human resource administrative experience preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
