We are seeking a Territory Growth Specialist to join our sales team in the Northeast Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, field sales reps, and District Managers.
- Identify key sales opportunities and communicate them to direct reports and supervisors.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales/activity and expense reports for direct supervisors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
Requirements:
- A high school education is required; a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, is preferred.
- Two years of experience in the lubrication industry and/or automotive aftermarket are preferred.
- A strong background in selling to and through distribution is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- A valid driver's license is required.
