- CS 관련 사용 테스트 진행 및 관리
- 수선 결재 지급 관리
- 초대졸 이상
- 신입 및 해당 업무 경력자
- 비즈니스 영어 가능자 (이메일 커뮤니케이션)
- 엑셀, 파워포인트 사용가능
- 담당 업무, 유사업종 근무 경력자
- 콜센터 근무 경력자
- SAP 사용 경험자
- 비즈니스 영어(writing, speaking) 중급 이상
