DESCRIPCIÓN DE PUESTO
Job Description
- Deliver a strategic plan on annual VM activities
- Lead and develop overall new openings and renovating stores
- Interior/ Drawings/ Budget /Maintenance
- Order and prepare equipment/props for opening shops
- Plan zoning and Display
- Develop Window design/ Display fixtures details (Local production)
- Manage external VM vendors and challenge them to enhance quality of work. And ensure cost effective
- Develop brand new concept design
- Lead junior team members and external partners in generation innovative brand-focused VM solutions
- Have great understanding of the luggage /bag industry to ensure designs delivered perform positively at POS
- Research and identify new/emerging innovations that can be used in retail environments
- Visit stores on a regular basis and ensure the VM guidelines are optimized & implemented for all stores
- Communicate closely with HK region, AP countries and relate departments on VM issues
- Bachelor’s degree or above in design or interior
- 10~15 years of experience in fashion, accessory and Global Brand companies
- Willing to travel to store locations actively
- Capable of shop interior related task
- Advanced computer skills in Design tools (Photo Shop, Illustration, CAD)
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
- Open-minded to diversity, comfortable with change and willing to adapt as required to the needs of the business
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and customer needs with flexibility and creativity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team effectively
