Responsible for inspecting inbound and outgoing items to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer. Develop and maintain Quality inspection documents to ensure products are inspected and incompliance to Samsung and Customer requirements. Provides daily guidance to 3PLs, and QA inspectors in the performance of daily activities.

Role And Responsibilities
Responsible for inspecting inbound and outgoing items to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer. Develop and maintain Quality inspection documents to ensure products are inspected and incompliance to Samsung and Customer requirements. Provides daily guidance to 3PLs, and QA inspectors in the performance of daily activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily activities of incoming and outgoing inspections to ensure compliance with established procedures
- Maintains product test, packing and assembly areas with available materials, supplies and operative equipment to avoid delays in daily test performance
- Create and maintain Work Instructions required for QA activities
- Responsible for defect analysis by identifying potential root causes and developing improvement plans
- Generate formal reports for management review of our incoming and outgoing inspections results and issues found during inspection
- Responsible for Quality inventory management of Packaging, Special Project, and IBI materials
- Audit lines to make sure process and documentations are followed
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs and tables of information to plan and prioritize multiple work assignments.
- 1-2 years of experience in product quality testing, assembly, product packaging, warehousing or production in manufacturing and distribution
- Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word and Access
- Familiarity with SAP/MRP or similar systems
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bilingual (Korean)
