The Sales Manager is responsible for an assigned portfolio of Customer Installation regional distributors including maintaining the integrity of the consumer and commercial division strategies, implementation and execution of sales and marketing programs, and attaining the sales goals for the assigned segment. This role is responsible for engaging with all levels of the organization, both internal and external, and within Customer Installation channel.

The Sales Manager is responsible for an assigned portfolio of Customer Installation regional distributors including maintaining the integrity of the consumer and commercial division strategies, implementation and execution of sales and marketing programs, and attaining the sales goals for the assigned segment. This role is responsible for engaging with all levels of the organization, both internal and external, and within Customer Installation channel.
- Sale of Home Electronics products to assigned distributors
- Monthly/annual sales plan achievement Overall segment strategy implementation; execution of Samsung brand, support of all sales and marketing objectives
- Daily customer contact; maintaining current and developing new opportunities
- Management of sell-in and sell-through sales activities
- Management of any CPFR calls and forecast sales entry with assigned dealer bas
- Continuous business planning and forecasting for assigned distributors
- Administration of sales orders, program execution and validation, and channel communication
- Synthesize reporting for management review
- Customer problem resolution
- Monthly and rolling detailed segment analytics; TAM, sales results, MRIO
- Support (and attend) distributor and industry events
Minimum Qualifications
- College Experience/Degree preferred
- 3 years Consumer Electronics or IT account management experience
- Experience in Consumer Electronics Distribution preferred
- Ability to find win / win solutions to complex problems
- Negotiate internally with the Home Entertainment Product Marketing team to drive incremental sell-in and sell-through
- Self-starter of new initiatives to drive the channel to new heights beyond targeted account-specific management
- Must be able to make decisions on assortments, programs, and marketing investments
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization both internally and externally
- Experience with large partners/portfolios over $100M
- Outstanding presentation and sales skills
- Strong data analytics, organizational skills, decision-making abilities, and timely follow-up
- New business development experience
