Reporting to the VP of Sales, this person is responsible for the Financial and Sales Operations for Samsung’s Home Depot account. This role will provide Financial and Sales Operations Leadership to the account team and lead financial reconciliations, budget management, and data reporting/analytics for the sales and leadership team.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation and client management skills. High energy, passionate, and articulate. Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels within customers' organizations and the Samsung organization.
The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple business needs and simultaneous performance objectives. Ability to make business presentations in writing, through email, reports, or orally, including complex business and technical matters to an audience. Ability to achieve customer contracted objectives and team goals and to achieve results within established time frames and requirements.
Provide investigation and reconciliation for all chargebacks/credits/debits and other financial commitments across the THD account
Aggregate monthly performances of each year and month and analyze the gap between the actual and the target to share the results with the sales team and set their new targets.
Leads financial reporting and analysis of account performance against targets and goals
Manages all complex dollar allocations and reconciliations (store manager mtg, askuity, THD Foundation, etc) with THD
Provide leadership of a sales operations resource to support overall account growth.
Responsible for process improvement and negotiations as it relates to pricing, chargebacks, and processing between THD and Samsung
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of related experience or a Master's degree, with 2+ years of related experience, is required

Forecasting/Planning
Highly Proficient in MS Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
