The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Document patient interactions accurately using ICD-10 coding for billing and record-keeping.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and treatment options.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Uphold aseptic technique during all procedures to minimize infection risk.
- Mixed age patient panel.
- Outpatient only.
- No on-call!
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant with the state of North Carolina (*we would assist with obtaining an NC license if needed!)

Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
