1. Tig and Mig weld milled steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
2. Seam Welding
3. Plasma Cutting
4. Rolling Equipment
5. Square up and weld various geometries of components.
6. Understand various weld form symbols on blue prints and understand size of fillet forms.
7. Weld both vertical and horizontal plane geometry.
8. Understand various edge preps before welding.
9. Good understanding of set up techniques.
10. Meets agreed upon goals and objectives in a timely manner.
11. Arrives to work, meetings, appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled

OTHER  DUTIES

1. Interact with organizational team members and other departments in a professional manner.   
2. Assists in formulating departmental strategic plan.
3. Serves as a member of various employee and organizational committees.
4. Performs other duties as assigned
