Responsibilities
- The physician will provide accurate diagnoses and timely treatment to patients.
- Collaborate with non-physician staff to achieve clinic goals and maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and uphold the highest ethical standards.
- Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote effective care plans.
- Work collaboratively with other physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to optimize clinic operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid Missouri medical license required.
- Proven experience as a physician with expertise in delivering clinical care and knowledge of best practices.
- Familiarity with TJC accreditation processes and regulatory healthcare standards.
- Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
