DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and post information onto designated records.
- Distribute checks to employees.
- Coordinate complaints or questions regarding discrepancies to Administrator.
- Close out semi monthly pay periods.
- Manage Time keeping data daily for errors, miss punches and other discrepancies.
- Manage and maintain employee punch detail report and compare with work schedule
- Distribute time cards to all employees semi monthly
- Ensure time cards have proper signatures upon submission.
- Maintain confidentiality of records, contacts, and information.
- Attends job-related training and remains current on HR policies & procedure
- Filing and other duties as assigned.
