High school diploma or equivalent is required. Training and experience working with middle school and high school students is desirable.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.IA I: Combination equivalent to graduation from high school (salary range 6.0 - $17.00 - $20.71/hr)IA II: Posses an AA degree or 60 semester units equivalent to those required for an AA degree or 5 years consecutive years of experience as an IA I with SBCOE earning a recommendation from the program administrator (salary range 6.5 - $17.38-$21.25/hr)IA III: 90 semester units or 5 consecutive years of experience as an IA II with SBCOE earning the recommendation of the program administrator (salary range 8.0 - $18.75-$22.85/hr)
