Job Summary
The Program Manager, SELPA administers Quality Assurance and Dispute Resolution; establishes and implements regional services for the Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) Local Educational Agencies (LEAs), including staff, administrators, parents, and community members; provides dispute resolution, including mediations, complaints, and preparation and presentation of due process hearings; oversees alternative dispute resolution (ADR); and coordinates and facilitates legal compliance and trainings.
