What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Educator - Value Based Programs position at San Bernardino County?
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Nurse Educator to support the hospitals Value Based Programs by providing concurrent education to providers and support staff on appropriate documentation and coding for all inpatient and outpatient services.
This classification is eligible to participate in the Modified Benefit Option (MBO). The MBO provides full-time employees the opportunity to earn a higher hourly rate of pay (above base pay). Travel: Travel throughout the County may be required. At the time of hire, a valid California driver license and proof of automobile liability insurance must be produced and maintained for the individual providing the transportation.
Sponsorship: San Bernardino County is not able to consider candidates who will require visa sponsorship at the time of application or in the future.
License: Must possess and maintain a current license as a Registered Nurse with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
Certification: Must possess and maintain a Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Experience: Three (3) years (within the past five years) of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care hospital, ambulatory care, or Medicaid plan.
- Substitution: A Master's Degree in Nursing may substitute for one (1) year of the required experience.

Salary : $102,253 - $134,181
