Role Description
This is a full-time Regional Sales Manager role based in Florida. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in the designated region, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role will focus on selling new foodservice accounts to support our DSD distributors operation.
Qualifications
Ø Making Independent Foodservice calls to secure new DSD service business.
Ø Making Regional Headquarter Calls to secure new business.
Ø Assisting in the management of existing distribution business.
Ø Assisting in training new sales team members.
Ø Assisting in the development of sales and pricing strategies.
Ø Attending trade shows, including national, regional, and customer specific.
Ø The position includes a travel component, not expected to exceed 25%.
Ø This position is compensated with an annual salary plus commission based on sales generated.
ü The employee will also be eligible for a subjective quarterly bonus.
ü The Employee will be eligible for 2 weeks of paid vacation after one year of service, 3 weeks after 2 years and 4 weeks after 5 years of service.
ü The company will pay 100% of the employee’s health insurance.
Family members can be added, but the company does not cover the cost.
ü Car allowance provided as a combination of monthly payment
ü The company covers all reasonable travel-related expenses.
ü The company will cover all work-related fuel ( rentals ) and toll expenses for rental cars during travel.
ü The company will pay 50% of dental and vision insurance for the employee.
ü After one year of employment the employee is eligible for the company’s 401K plan. The company will match 100% of the employee’s contributions, up to three percent of the employee's salary.
