The Role:
San Blas Securities is seeking a Director of Family Office Coverage to lead and expand our efforts in building relationships with family offices. In this key role, you will work with family offices to deliver tailored investment opportunities and financial advisory services. As a Director, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, prospecting new clients, and collaborating with internal teams to create innovative investment strategies for this niche segment.
Responsibilities Include:
Prospect and Develop New Client Relationships- Actively develop and grow a network of family offices, building long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Design and Execute a Targeted Sales Plan- Create and implement a structured sales plan aimed at originating new business and expanding existing relationships within the family office segment.
Present Investment Opportunities- Curate and deliver bespoke investment solutions, including private equity, public offerings, real estate, and alternative investments, aligned with the objectives of family offices.
Client Account Management- Manage clearing and execution accounts to ensure the satisfaction and continued engagement of family office clients.
Utilize CRM Tools- Maintain up-to-date information on all client interactions, leads, and opportunities within our CRM system, ensuring efficient tracking and management of your client pipeline.
Strategic Advisory- Continuously assess clients' financial positions and offer tailored advice based on market trends and the specific goals of each family office.
Product Knowledge- Develop in-depth expertise in San Blas' range of products and service offerings to better identify sales opportunities and advise clients effectively.
Qualifications:
FINRA Series 7, 63
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business or related field
5 years of relevant sales experience and demonstrates mastery of sales and trading knowledge
Manages a current book of relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills and ability to run multiple processes concurrently
Compensation:
Monthly Draw Commissions
We offer above industry standard commission payouts ranging from 50% to 92.5% depending on the business line and production levels.
