Primary Purpose :
Provides a wide range of administrative support to the Talent Acquisition - Union team. Coordinates various HR activities, maintains records, and assists with communication between candidates, employees and managers.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR system. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Acts as a point of contact for candidates, employees and managers, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries. Drafts and sends HR related communications.
- Participates in team meetings and contributes to process improvements and departmental projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).

Salary : $68,900 - $82,700
