The JOB:
As our Spa Manager you oversee a team of over 40 Associates in the Resort’s Spa, fitness, and tennis teams by supporting them to make lasting memories for our guests and members.
About Spa Brezza:
Spa Brezza, On Mission Bay is located at the San Diego Mission Bay Resort. The Spa Brezza experience reflects global cross-cultural rituals from Indonesia, Thailand, and India. All spa services are custom-designed and incorporate a blend of ancient spa traditions once reserved for royalty. Our 7,500 square foot facility features 9 treatment rooms, fitness center, retail boutique, and a full hair and nail salon.
Requirements
To be successful as our Spa Manager:
- 80% of your day is working side-by-side your team in your spa. Think jumping in to help at the desk and take a reservation while Guests are waiting for their service.
- 20% office time to ensure the administrative tasks are covered. You know the drill: scheduling, orders, inventory...
- You'll hire great people, showing, teaching and guiding them to be welcoming, caring service providers focused creating a one-of-a-kind spa experience. Think continual learning and training.
- You'll connect with guests daily. You will take care of any service mishaps and follow up in person or on review platforms upon departure.
YOU:
To be successful in this position, we’re looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on continuous improvements and sharing their spa leadership experience from luxury, independent spas. You will be an instrumental part to reach our service goal to become a AAA 4 Diamond Resort. The Spa Manager position requires a license from the CA State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.

Salary : $70,096 - $75,000
