The Wave is hiring a Premium Sales Account Manager who will help us create the best game day environment with a packed house. This team rep will grow out. fan base and expand our business relationships with a focus on Suite, Premium, and Hospitality sales. This is a full-time, base commission position.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maximize new business revenue generation for the club through year-round efforts to sell new premium products
· Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting clients, closing the sale and continued service for upsell opportunities.
· Achieve and exceed established weekly outbound activity and annual sales targets.
· Conduct face-to-face sales presentations, stadium tours, and personalized consultations to close business.
· Build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads and potential buyers.
· Collaborate with leadership to enhance client experience, ideate new campaigns, and develop new premium products.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM (Salesforce).
· Attend all San Diego Wave FC home games and contribute to all in-game sales related activities.
· Represent the club at home matches, networking events, and other functions to support new business efforts.
· Other duties assigned as business needs evolve.

QUALIFICATIONS
· 3 years of sports ticket sales experience or 4 years of general sales experience.
· 3 years of sports ticket sales experience or 4 years of general sales experience.
· Knowledge of Salesforce, Archtics Ticketing Database and Microsoft Office preferred.
· Excellent communication/presentation skills with the ability to engage and build long lasting relationship.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Proven track record of sales excellence and adaptability in another Sales role.
Base salary equivalency for this position is $54K - $59K (role will be hourly) with additional commission earnings potential.
