Role:
The Wave FC Fan Interactive Team, “Swell Squad” is a key component of the Game Presentation & Fan Engagement team. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Game Presentation and Fan Experience, the Swell Squad Team is responsible for delivering an engaging and positive fan experience at Wave FC home matches, community events and club-sponsored activities. The ideal candidate will be energetic, personable, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for Wave FC supporters on match day and during events throughout the year.

· Represent the club at various community events throughout the year.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, personable, and proactive self-starter that is energized by live events and community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused with a passion for sports and fan engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
- Ability to lift and carry props, supplies, and miscellaneous event equipment up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in various weather conditions including cold, heat and dry environments.
- Energetic and dynamic personality that proactively engages with fans to support a variety of events and club activities.
- Must be willing to work in different settings, including the stadium, community locations, and outdoor venues.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Previous sports experience highly preferred
Fan Interactive Team Member Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of event elements, including tables, tents, signage, and fan engagement materials.
- Ensure all event assets are properly stored and returned to Wave FC headquarters after each event.
- Represent Wave FC at community appearances and club events, facilitating on-site promotions, giveaways, and fan interactions.
- Actively engage with fans and supporters to build positive relationships with Wave FC fan base.
- Cultivate fan data at community events to support fan engagement efforts and enhance future marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Game Presentation team to support and execute in-stadium and event activations, contests, and other game-day engagement activities.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of promotional materials, props, and supplies for all event activations.
- Aid in the management, care, and maintenance of props, supplies, and equipment used for game-day and event activations.
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth execution of game-day activities, community events, and promotional efforts.
