ID# 3190A Provide psychosocial services, such as therapy, assessments, case management, and crisis intervention.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitates the Child and Family Team and assures the ongoing development of individualized service CFT, safety, and transition plans for assigned cases.
Performs intakes, initial assessments, and all required paperwork.
Leads the strengths-based, family-centered, assessments of the child and family team and assures that all involved with the case contribute to the assessment. Coordinates, schedules, and facilitates the child and family team meetings.
Assures that planned services are provided. Facilitates the self-assessment of the team.
Participates in the Quality Assurance Program. Develops and provides specific services identified in the individualized service plans.
Provides individual, family, collateral, and group psychotherapy as needed by the CFT. Crisis intervention as needed; on-call coverage as assigned.
Manages assigned Child & Family Specialists.
Collaborates with parent advocates, psychiatrists, and network providers.

Salary : $64,480 - $66,480
