About The Role
The San Francisco Giants are looking for a part-time Live Experience Entertainment Assistant, where you will have the unique opportunity to impact the game day experience at Oracle Park. You’ll work closely with customers and stakeholders across the Giants organization in support of their game day activations. This role reports to Manager, Live Experience Entertainment, and will be located in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

About The Role

- You are passionate about live event production and creating memorable experiences for the best fans in baseball.
- You will provide administrative support to the Live Experience Entertainment Department, and Day of Game Production Crew
- You will Manage Fan and Internal requests for Giants Experiences and Scoreboard requests (i.e. Scoreboard Messages, Marriage Proposals, Mascot Seat Visits, etc.)
- You will coordinate logistics and provide day of game support to external talent (National Anthem performers, Ceremonial First Pitches, etc.)
- You will assist with all aspects of preparation for game days, including PA scripting, organization of pre-planned entertainment elements, and day of game logistics for entertainment elements

- You are excited to represent the Giants by interfacing with our fans and clients in a professional and engaging manner.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous production experience in a live broadcast environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal communication skills required
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
- Ability to think strategically and problem solve quickly under pressure
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic demeanor and excellent work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong emphasis in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings (weekends, weekdays, night and holidays)
- Must be available for most home games – role is anticipated to assist with preparation on gamedays, but role will be completed around first pitch time.
- Baseball knowledge is preferred
