San Francisco home needs a part-time personal assistant to help with daily home upkeep tasks. Ideally, this person will be in our Nob Hill home 3-4 days weekly for a few hours each day (timing is flexible based on your schedule and ours).
Responsibilities will increase over time as trust is established. We are hoping to find someone to be with us long-term!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Laundry : wash, fold, put away
Change sheets weekly (one King bed)
Order stock groceries and household supplies
Unbox packages tend to bills; handle shipping and tracking of all returns
Run errands : drop-off / pickup dry cleaning; take dog to vet, etc
Tidy kitchen home
Coordinate and manage vendors : gardener, housecleaner, maintenance workers
Manage and coordinate household projects (for example : oversee new flooring installation)
Water plants; tidy the patio
Assist with gift giving cards : order gifts, send birthday cards and maintain address book
Book travel : domestic and international
Other miscellaneous household duties
Requirements :
- Highly organized
- Experience booking complex domestic and international travel
- Experience with vendor management and household projects
- Problem-solver, with a no job too small attitude
- Must have a driver's license
