We are looking for an LPN or RN to join our team of compassionate caregivers
As a nurse at San Gabriel Memory Care, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight of our residents, including medication administration, communicating with physicians and families, managing service plans, and handling incidents/accidents/falls.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians
- Develop and implement individualized service plans for each resident
- Manage and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Illinois
- Experience working with seniors and individuals with dementia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
