About the Job
As an RN or LPN with San Gabriel Memory Care, you will have the opportunity to get to know your residents on a personal basis and provide loving and nurturing care.
You will be responsible for the clinical oversight of our residents, including medication administration, communicating with physicians and families, communicating with pharmacy, managing service plans, and handling incidents/accidents/falls.
