What You Will Be Doing :
Under general supervision responsible for leading the planning and implementation of defined strategic marketing projects that support organization and department objectives and enhance Health Plan’s brand and competitive position. Work is moderately complex and requires a moderate degree of discretion and independent judgement.
Essential Functions
- Engages with leadership, internal customers, and external stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities for brand awareness and adoption.
- Leads the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, programs and services, including development of tactical plans, communication strategies and other activities that drive media placement, promotional activities, public relations events, advertising, social media, direct mail, digital and traditional communications.
- Prepares marketing plans and implements approved materials.
- Makes recommendations for media planning and supports buying and execution of planned media tactics based on marketing plans.
- Provides insights and feedback to Creative Team, Communications and / or external stakeholders to ensure brand adherence and alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversees vendors, contractors and other external partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Compiles and analyzes marketing and advertising data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies; makes recommendations based on results.
- Develops and delivers training and related communications.
- Compiles, develops and produces internal and external reports.
- Implements approved policies and procedures for area of responsibility.
- Assists with development of marketing copy and written communications as needed to support marketing activities.
