What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food and Beverage Manager position at San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission?
Under the general direction of the Chief Mechanical Officer, the Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage program for current and future services managed by the San Joaquins Joint Powers Authority. The ideal candidate will work closely with both internal and external teams, including vendors and stakeholders, to assess and improve the program's overall performance while ensuring a high-quality and efficient service for all passengers. This role includes managing the procurement process, creating and maintaining budgets, and leading projects that enhance the passenger dining experience, including any necessary modifications to rail cars and service improvements. |
