Description
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and orienting candidates
- Responsible for accurately processing payroll, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations
- Manage and 0versee the benefits program of the organization
- Maintain data in the database or HR system for accurate record keeping and reporting
- Complete and maintain credentialing files on all patient care volunteers and employees.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving issues and ensuring a positive work environment
- Implement and manage performance management processes
- Develop and monitor overall HR policies and procedures
- Prepare, review, interpret, analyze and approve a variety of data, information and reports, and make recommendations as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and laws
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
- Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and strategies
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR functions and processes
Requirements
Qualification, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of three years of experience working in human resources with primary responsibility for payroll, benefits administration and other functional areas of human resources.
- Experience working with payroll and HRMS systems.
- Can demonstrate excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking and effective, use of time. Also able to handle and complete multiple tasks or projects with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to deal professionally, courteously and efficiently with public and all levels of the organization.
- Ability to operate computer, copier fax, and 10-key machine.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Can demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Can demonstrate effective customer relation skills, working with diverse populations, often in stressful fast paced environments.
