THE VITAL COUNSELING ROLE YOU'LL HAVE
As our Behavioral Health - Mental Health Clinician, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions and critical counseling support for those seeking mental health care. You will provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy to clients and be the calming force during emergency responses when needed. You'll collaborate closely with other mental health personnel to ensure that client needs are met while also interfacing with community agencies to maximize resources. Timely and accurate record-keeping using the center's technology will be a key part of your role, ensuring that progress is tracked and goals are met. From arranging case management services to ensuring compliance with ethical and agency standards, your responsibilities will help drive the mission and goals of our agency forward.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling

- Experience in human services
