HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
As our Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will provide a wide range of mental health services, including individual, family, couples, and group therapy. Your day will include meeting with clients to assess their needs and guide them on their journey to recovery. Communication is key as you will regularly collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal service for each client. Additionally, you will engage with community resources and agencies to enhance the services offered to your clients. Your record-keeping and timely reporting through our technology systems will be critical in maintaining quality standards. As a leader in our behavioral health organization, you'll also help foster understanding and implementation of our mission, goals, and values, making a direct impact on both our clients and the community.
Here's what we need from you:
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
- 3 years of experience in the human services field
- LPC, LCSW, or relevant licensure
