WHAT WE OFFER :

We provide our Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician - LPC or LCSW the following :

  • 72,099.96 per year - paid out on a monthly basis

  • WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS :

    As our Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician - LPC or LCSW, your day will be a mix of deep personal connection and professional expertise. You'll provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy, creating a safe space for clients to navigate life's challenges. Your role also includes responding to emergency mental health situations, collaborating with our human services team to ensure clients receive comprehensive care, and building partnerships with local agencies to optimize services. With every session, you'll make a real impact, helping clients on their path to healing. Your record-keeping and reports will help track their mental health progress, while your leadership in promoting our mission will help strengthen our

    presence in the community. Whether you're in the office, responding to a crisis, or connecting clients with additional resources, you'll be the driving force behind their recovery journey.

    What we need from our Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician - LPC or LCSW :

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
  • 3 years of experience in the human services field
  • LPC, LCSW, or relevant licensure
