Your Role at Sana Lake
Sana Lake is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to join our Business Development Team who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!
As an Outreach Coordinator, you will provide outreach services for substance use disorders, mental health, and co-occurring treatment services to professionals throughout the Midwest. The coordinator receives patient referrals from professionals in their respective regions and places patient referrals in one of the Sana Lake Recovery programs
We would love to learn more about you if you have:
- A high school diploma (or GED)
- Experience working in the field of substance use and/or mental health
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid Driver's License
- Must live in the MO/KS Kansas City Area.
